HOW BOOKING YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY WORKS

Booking your wedding photography should feel simple, relaxed, and stress-free — not overwhelming.

From your first enquiry to receiving your final gallery, I keep the whole process clear, supportive, and easy to follow so you always know exactly what to expect.

01 — ENQUIRE

Start by filling in my enquiry form with your date, location, and a few details about your wedding.

I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with availability, package information, and everything you need to know — no pressure, no pushy sales, just honest information to help you decide what’s right for you.

02 — SECURE YOUR DATE

After your pre-wedding consultation call, if you feel I’m the right fit for your day, your date can be officially secured with a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable booking fee.

This ensures your wedding is fully reserved in my calendar (I only ever take on one wedding per day), so you have my full focus and support from that point onwards.

Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation, all key information, and ongoing support in the lead-up to your wedding.

03 — PRE-WEDDING PLANNING

In the lead-up to your wedding, we’ll have a pre-wedding call to go over:

Any special details you’d like captured

This helps the day run smoothly and ensures nothing important is missed, while still keeping everything relaxed and natural.

04 — YOUR WEDDING DAY

On your wedding day, I work in a relaxed and natural way, capturing moments as they happen rather than staging them.

I gently guide when needed, help things run smoothly, and blend in with your guests so the day never feels like a photoshoot.

Most couples say it feels more like having an extension of the bridal party or a friend there, rather than a supplier following them around all day.

05 — SNEAK PEEKS & EDITING

After your wedding, I carefully sort and professionally edit your images to reflect the true atmosphere, emotion, and story of your day.

You’ll receive a selection of sneak peeks shortly after your wedding, so you have beautiful moments to relive and share while your full gallery is being completed.

Your final, fully edited gallery will be delivered within 6–12 weeks via a private, password-protected online gallery.
