Service Description

Want to give your business a boost? The Brand sessions take place at a location of your choice. With a prior consultation to discuss all the details, these sessions provide professional photos for your business. These guided photos can be done in the home studio for the products themselves or on location with models. THE DETAILS: - These sessions are 3hrs long on location or products only at the home studio. - Prior consultations discuss all the details and are available either by phone call, video call or email/socials. - The consultation includes location scouting, outfit inspiration and all the details in between. - Being for your small business/ brand, you will also receive a preview prior to the main post production. WHAT'S INCLUDED: - The planning and discussions - Mood Boards & multiple consultations - The Photoshoot itself - The Post-production - 30 professional digital photos ready for socials and websites - 3hrs photoshoot - 2 week turn around on the final photos - Up to 20 products maximum - The finished photos sent via WeTransfer download link THE INVESTMENT: These sessions are available from £95.99 (including the 30% booking fee). The booking fee is non-refundable and is paid within 48hrs of your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day prior to the session. MUA and models are available to book, this is charged at their own rates on top of the shoot. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Amy Norris Photography for your photography needs! Please read the following booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and seamless process for your upcoming photoshoot. The full details of your shoot including the full policy will be outlined in your contract. Booking and Confirmation: - Reservation: To secure your photoshoot, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the overall balance is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of the shoot. - Confirmation: Once your booking request is approved and the non refundable booking fee is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking, including the date, time, location, and any additional information you may need. - Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to the scheduled photoshoot. If full payment is not received by this time, the shoot may be canceled, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your photoshoot, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to avoid additional charges. No Show: If you fail to attend the photoshoot without prior notice, the full cost of the session will be charged, and no refund will be issued. You will be unable to re-book at the photographers discretion if the balance is not paid. This Payment will not be brought over to a secondary booking as it covers the loss of earnings and space on the original booking date. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot. If you are more than 20minutes late, the session may be shortened, or additional fees may apply to accommodate the extended time. Weather and Environmental Conditions In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances (for outdoor shoots), we will make every effort to reschedule the photoshoot. Client Responsibilities: - Preparation: Please arrive at the photoshoot location ready and dressed as discussed in our pre-shoot communication. If a wardrobe change or specific items are required, please bring them with you. Additional Information: Any special requests, preferences, or specific needs for your shoot should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure we can best accommodate you.
